Drawing on the rich and colourful heritage of one of London's most prominent cultural celebrations, Converse chose Notting Hill Carnival as the backdrop to launch Converse Custom, their one-of-a-kind online design service.

In a true celebration of music and culture, this hot-ticket event was hosted at Ladbroke Grove's Dock Kitchen (the first time this venue has opened during Carnival) with a unique, elevated viewing platform over the parade route. This provided a 'money-can't-buy' experience, as influencers were entertained by an all-girl line up curated by Urban Nerds.

Headliners Lady Leshurr and Clara Amfo, created their own sneaker designs pre-event to be seeded to influencers.

Shareable moments were created via a carnival-themed Instagram backdrop and custom Converse Snapchat filter.

The project was delivered on behalf of London-based experiential agency, Amplify.
